It grew out of an entrepreneurial idea on mediation during the flow of knowledge from a multitude of authors possessi= ng certain expertise towards micro users benefiting from the use of knowledge modules for acquisition and manufacture of various documents. Due to recent societal developments every citizen, company and organization encounters complex situations, which require quality, reliable and up-to-date informat= ion in order to be dealt with efficiently, on a daily basis. While some of this information has been available in electronic form before, it has been dispe= rsed throughout the web, incomplete and out-dated.
